Donnie with his country gentleman’s approach has worked diligently educating everyone during the home buying process for nearly two decades. Donnie has also been very proactive in the Real Estate industry by authoring several classes approved by the Tennessee Association of Realtors and has taught Continuing education classes to thousands of Professional Realtors throughout the greater East TN area.
While managing one of the largest and most progressive Home Inspection companies in Tennessee, Donnie along with his partners; Lisa Bentley his wife, Gerald and Denise Jones and Scott Wickard have always been eager to work in the profession to create the best possible experience in the home inspection business

Qualifications
TN Home Inspector License #183, Donnie was a qualified home inspector before the State of TN Licensed Home Inspectors in 2006 and Has been licensed since that time.

EIFS Stucco; If you are buying a Home with EIFS stucco it is recommended that you get it tested for water intrusion
